Your wedding celebration at Gibson Mansion Bed and Breakfast promises to be most elegant and memorable. Whether you desire a small, intimate ceremony of 50 or spectacular receptions of 200 or more, celebrations at Gibson Mansion truly are the finest and most complete wedding experience. Gibson Mansion is a delightful ceremony and reception venue, as well as a great gathering place for all involved in this glorious event.
Our wedding package includes exclusive use of our beautifully restored Mansion including our expansive private garden and grounds, use of the Master Suite as the Bride's dressing room, two nights accommodations in our four individual rooms for up to two guests per room complete with coffee tray service to the room and "wreck your diet" breakfast served in the dining room.
We are available to help you plan every aspect of your wedding and reception. We would love to meet with you to give a full tour and to discuss your specific event.
Murder Mystery Nights
Enjoy an adventure filled Murder Mystery evening. Arrive as a dinner guest to the Mansion starting with appetizers, followed by a full course Gorgonzola Steak dinner and finish with Death by Chocolate Cake.
Before long you discover you are a suspect of a murder along with the seven other guests. As the evening progresses you try to establish your innocence only by trying to incriminate the other guests and solve the murder.
After you have solved the crime you may choose to retire for the night in one of the four beautifully appointed suites. The following morning you will awaken to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and home made scones right outside your door. Finish the event with the "Wreck Your Diet" Breakfast.
You may plan this event as more of a private party with seven of your close friends or come on your own and we will find the other guests. Mysteries are available October through April so call now to schedule your event.
Dinner Parties
Gibson Mansion is the ideal location for your office Christmas party, Birthday party, Family Reunion, Anniversary Celebration, Victorian Tea party, or any other event you might come up with. We will do our best to accommodate and fulfill your wishes. We can comfortably accept up to 24 people for a sit down meal, up to 35 for a buffet, and up to 50 for heavy hors d'oeuvres, or snacks.
